G100: IT Services, Innovation and Gig Economy, USA
G100 IT Services, Innovation & Gig Economy is one of the 100 wings of G100 comprising of eminent leaders from the IT industry committed to gender equality, promoting inclusive leadership, addressing barriers faced by women in the industry, mentoring youth, raise awareness and increase curioisity for young girls to pursue STEM. We look forward to foster sisterhood and safe space for women in IT to share knowledge, collaborate effectively, grow their network, and develop a stronger community.
Driven by passion
The G100 IT Services, Innovation & Gig Economy, USA is a collective of IT professionals and enthusiasts dedicated to leveraging the collective intelligence of women leaders, male champions, and youth in IT services. Our mission is to promote an inclusive culture, expand networks, and actively engage communities on both local and international levels, collaborate with other G100 wings and provide mentorship to students and IT professionals to cultivate a future where innovation flourishes. Through mentorship programs, workshops, and networking events, we strive to empower women to share their experiences, gain new skills, and build valuable connections. Together, we march towards unlocking new possibilities and drive transformative positive change for women and communities.
Outreach and Engagement
Creating a supportive network for women in IT Services, Innovation, and the Gig Economy. Champion a culture of collaboration and innovation where every woman’s voice is heard and valued.
Thought Leadership
Empower women to stay informed about the latest trends. Offer speaking opportunities and facilitate smaller forums to help build confidence and develop subject matter expertise. Foster a supportive environment where women can ask questions and seek assistance on technology topics.
Mentoring and Partnering
Partner with institutions to mentor young girls in schools and IT professionals. Promote STEM education for everyone from an early age, regardless of gender, to foster interest and skill development before gender differences influence these areas.
Community Building
Facilitate connections among individuals with shared interests both locally and globally, fostering a sense of sisterhood. This platform serves as a hub for entrepreneurs, IT women leaders, and everyone to connect, inspire, and uplift each other.
